  • Coq au Vin et des Nouilles au Beurre / Chicken with Wine and Buttered Noodles
    A classic French stew as chicken is slowly braised in red wine with brandy to yield a heavenly rich sauce filled with tender meat, crisp bits of bacon, mushrooms, carrot and burnished pearl onions. The class will also make a bed of buttered egg noodles for this scrumptious dish.
  • White Chocolate Crème Brûlée
    A rich sweet white chocolate custard topped with hardened caramelized sugar
