Demonstration Class – Valentines Food & Wine Dinner

The Valentine’s Food & Wine dinner is a four-course meal with wine pairing for each course.

 

This Valentine’s, celebrate with a unique dining experience in our new kitchen as Chef Alfredo prepares the your Valentines dinner in our open kitchen.

 

$100 per person includes Tax & Gratuity. 

First Course

Bollito Genovese – poached beef, pork & chicken thinly sliced and served with a green & rosa sauce.

Wine Pairing: Rosso di Montalcino

Second Course

Short Rib stuffed ravioli topped with a demo-glaze.

Wine Pairing: Super Tuscan

Third Course

Turkey Breast drizzled with an Espresso Vanila Balsamic served with a side of Sardinian cabbage rolls

Wine Pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon, Federico II

Fourth Course 

Chocolate Lava Cake

Wine Pairing: Recioto Della Valpolicella
