La Cucina Italiana 101 will explore 4 different regions throughout Italy; Northern, Central, Southern and Islands. You may register for these classes individually by registering online and paying $65 per class or you may call us at 321-317-8447 to register for all 4 classes and instantly get 20% OFF ($208 for 4 classes). These classes will be held every Thursday for the month of June. Registration is required online or via phone if attending all classes.
This class is Northern Regions
- Polenta al forno – firm polenta, diced tomatoes, sage and swiss cheese
- Agnolotti – fresh pasta filled with ground beef and porcini mushrooms
- Crispy pork cutlet topped with fontina cream sauce
- Vanilla Panna Cotta

We need 72 hours advance notice if you need to cancel. Keep in mind that your seat is transferrable, so if you can’t make it, a family member or friend can come and take your place.
