Appetizer Course
– French Onion Soup – Hearty and elegant, with big, bold flavors and a touch of sophistication.
– Paired with a light & refreshing French Sauvignon Blanc.

Main Course
– Steak Diane -A pan-fried steak with a sauce made from the seasoned pan juices and flambéed.
– Garlic & Rosemary Hasselback Potatoes – Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
– Asparagus with Balsamic Glaze – Roasted to bring out the sweetness of asparagus with a tangy balsamic compliment.
– Paired with Chateauneuf-du-pape – luscious when young, taking on silky characteristics with more age.

Dessert Course
– Chocolate Mousse – This light and airy chocolate makes this the perfect luscious dessert to top off any meal!
– Paired with a Chateau Tayet, a Cabernet & Merlot blend, with notes of dark fruit flavors.
