A Benefit supporting survivors of violence and human trafficking
Join us for a fun night in Africa with Chef Alfredo and Missy Ward Angalla. Missy served on staff in 2004/5 while in high school. She now serves as the founder and Executive Director of Amani Sasa in Uganda!
You will have the opportunity to participate in a raffle and art auction, enjoy East African cuisines, wine from South Africa and make a BIG difference in the lives of vulnerable women and girls in Uganda!
All proceeds from this event will be used to provide survivors of human trafficking and gender based violence through Amani Sasa, a non-profit in Kampala, Uganda. Amani Sasa provides refugee men, women and children access to safety, wholeness and empowerment so that they can live into their full potential. For more information visit: www.amanisasa.org

*Proceeds will benefit Amani Sasa, a non-profit in Kampala, Uganda, that offers shelter, counseling, training and empowerment to African refugees- women, men and children – affected by trauma, abuse and war.

Amani Sasa ministers to vulnerable urban refugees and their families who are traumatized, abused, trafficked and/or vulnerable to exploitation in Kampala, Uganda. The ministry provides emergency services, counseling, group therapy and support group training as well as a scholarship program for refugee children. Additionally, Amani Sasa offers comprehensive healing and empowerment programs for the most vulnerable and at risk refugees within our community including: young women, young moms and children, young men and single moms and widows.
