Demonstration Class – Classico & Moderno

Chef Alfredo & Chef Fernando

This class is a tasting of 6 dishes. Chef Alfredo and Chef Fernando will each demonstrate an appetizer, pasta dish and dessert. Chef Alfredo’s dishes will have an Italian Classic feel whereas, Chef Fernando’s dishes will have more of a Modern Latin influence.

 

Italian Classics

  • Stuffed Red Pepper
  • Puttanesca Pasta with Crumbled Italian Sausage
  • Vanilla Panna Cotta

 

Modern Latin

  • Twisted Chili Relleno
  • Cuban Chorizo Puttanesca Pasta
  • Coconut Flan
