  • Tapanada Español: We’ll start the class with a tapenade, which combines kalamata and green olives, along with a few capers, some fresh herbs and spices, and blended with a touch of olive oil to make a delicious appetizer.
  • Tortilla Espanola: While called a tortilla, this is more of a Spanish frittata or omelet. We’ll be making this traditional dish with eggs, potatoes, ham, caramelized onion, and fresh parsley. This tasty dish can be served hot or cold as an appetizer, side dish, or an entree.
  • Paella De Mariscos Y Pollo Con Chorizo: Paella is a rice dish that originated the region of Valencia on the eastern coast of Spain. There are as many versions of paella as there are cooks. In this version, we take some of the best seafood, along with chicken, and spice it up with some chorizo sausage.
  • Sopapillas: Sopapillas are fried pastry with Spanish heritage that gained popularity starting over 200 years ago in Mexico. We’ll make them from scratch and then enjoy this delicious desert topped with cinnamon sugar or honey.
