Hands-On Cooking Class 

• Vitello Tonnato- thinly sliced beef, topped with creamy albacore sauce
• Honey blueberry pork chop braised in a creamy butter sauce
• Red peppers stuffed with rice, beef and walnuts
• Walnut cinnamon rum cake topped with whipped cream

*Wine & beer list available by glass or bottle

Cancelation Policy:
We need 72 hours advance notice if you need to cancel. Keep in mind that your seat is transferrable, so if you can’t make it, a family member or friend can come and take your place.

• Duck and/or chicken breast with champagne butter sauce
• Potatoes duchess
• Creme brulee- vanilla custard creme, torched brown sugar
