Hands-on Cooking Class – Kids Camp

• Homemade Gnocchi pasta alla Zia Maria (zucchini and pancetta)
• Fresh Mozzarella from scratch
• Nutella Crepes

***Each class is separate. If you wish to attend day two and three please do not forget to register for those days.

This class is for kids betweens the ages of 8-17.

Hands-on Cooking Class – Asian Fusion

Chef Alfredo will be in attendance

• Onion Soup Dumplings – A bite size Asian won ton dumpling packed with a burst of flavor from tasty French onion soup inside.
• Spicy Thai Basil Chicken (Pad Krapow Gai) – Mexican chilies and Italian basil make a deliciously spicy Asian chicken dish with Jasmine rice.
• Sweet Chili Fried Brussel Sprouts – Thai sweet chili and crispy Brussel sprouts join together for a delightful combination.
• Chinese Cheesecake – Cheesecake originated in ancient Greece, but cream cheese is an American creation. Combine that with Italian ricotta cheese and fresh berries, then wrapped and fried in an egg roll skin

The 5 Mother Sauces

These sauces are the base of any sauce preparation and we will guide you on how to use these sauces over fish, pasta, chicken & veal. This class will be a 4-hour class which will have more of an academic  feel but still with lots of fun.

1. Bechamel Sauce
2. Veloute Sauce
3. Espagnole Sauce
4. Hollandaise Sauce
5. Classic Tomato Sauce
