  • Reuben Appetizer We’ll start our class with an angelic set of appetizers made with corned beef, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, and swiss cheese
  • Shamrock Salad Prior to Saint Patrick, the Druids believed a three-leaf shamrock would enable them to see and escape from evil spirits, while a four-leaf clover was said to ward off bad luck and offer magical protection. No shamrocks in this salad and no evil spirits, but there are lots of greens with a divine homemade dressing.
  • Beer Braised Irish Stew and Colcannon Potatoes. This glorious beef stew is layered with flavor and braised in Irish stout.  We’ll serve it over colcannon potatoes – smooth mashed potatoes with wonderful bits of bacon and cabbage to give it that taste of Ireland.
  • Irish Whiskey Bread Pudding Our pot of gold at the end of this night is a heavenly bread pudding with an Irish whiskey sauce.
