Chef Alfredo & Linda will be joined by Claudio Gargiulo from Alberello Imports.

For this event, we will be showcasing 9 Northern Italian Wines in which Chef Alfredo will pair with cheeses and hors d’oeuvres.

During this event, Chef Alfredo will also demonstrate the process of making fresh mozzarella from scratch.
