Hands-On Cooking Class –  A Night In Tuscany

Start off with Crostini Toscani

• Farfalle “Alla Maremmana”, bowtie pasta with fresh eggplant, crumbled sausage and mushrooms
• Pork Loin stuffed with plums and walnuts
• Cantucci, traditional Tuscan Biscotti

*Wine & beer list available by glass or bottle
**Bring your own wine/beer Corkage fee will be applied

• Fettucine with infused butter, fresh sage and parmigiano
• Nero di Seppia (black squid ink) spaghetti with chopped shrimp
• Ravioli stuffed with meat topped with a basil marinara sauce

• Corn off the Cob – This creamy recipe is comfort food like nothing you’ve ever had before.
• Noodling with Coleslaw – This crunchy coleslaw with an Asian flair may not be that unusual, but it sure is tasty.
• Smoked Jalapeno Popper Chicken Breasts – Not too spicy, but what a fantastic flavor. Did someone say, “add bacon?”
• Smores and More – The most unusual way to create smores that you’ve ever seen.

• 2 glasses of Champagne OR Moscato per guest
• Fiancieres with Coffee Orange cream ( Light and moist small almond cakes flavoured with beurre noisette and top with coffee orange cream
• Orange Madeleines (Classic French buttery sponge cookies made in a traditional scallop shell mold)
