Join us at our Tour Through Spain wine tasting as we explore wines from the Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Priorate regions. Cheeses and hors d’oeuvres will be provided to help elevate the wine tasting.

Special Guest Peter Deutch, wine importer, having brought wines from Spain to America since 2006. Peter is originally from the United Kingdom, and started out as a Graphic Designer. His second career moved him closer to two of his passions: Wine and Spain. Now he dedicates himself to bringing the best of Spanish wine to the United States.

During this California Dreaming’ wine tasting we will showcase 7 incredible Californian wines which we will pair with cheeses and hors d’oeuvres.

Chef Alfredo & Linda will be joined by Claudio Gargiulo from Alberello Imports.

For this event, we will be showcasing 9 Northern Italian Wines in which Chef Alfredo will pair with cheeses and hors d’oeuvres.

During this event, Chef Alfredo will also demonstrate the process of making fresh mozzarella from scratch.

Chef Alfredo & Linda look forward to welcoming Davide Rivetti, from Massimo Rivetti wines.

Italian Wine Maker Davide Rivetti will be showcasing 6 of his families wine in which we will pair with cheeses and hors d’oeuvres.
